1. Who we are
The Market Lens app (عدسة السوق) is owned and operated by DIRWAAS INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS LLC (درواس للأنظمة الذكية), a limited liability company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan ("the Company", "we"). Contact: support@dirwaas.com
2. Accepting these terms
By using the app or creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
3. What the service is: an informational and educational tool
The app is an informational and educational tool. It shows publicly available product information and prices in Jordan and helps compare them.
- The app sells nothing, takes no payment for products and represents no shop.
- The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any shop shown. Shop names, trademarks and pictures belong to their owners and appear only to identify and compare.
- The information shown may be inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Prices may differ between branches, or between what is shown online and what is in the store.
4. No warranties; check the source
- The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy of prices, the availability of products, or whether compared products are in fact the same.
- A comparison may wrongly link two different products or sizes.
- Always verify the price, size and availability at the original source (the shop itself or its official channels) before any purchase decision. The app does not replace that check.
- Any purchase decision is yours alone.
5. Reporting mistakes
Please report any mistake from inside the app ("Report a problem" on a product page) or to support@dirwaas.com. We review reports and correct what we find wrong; this is not a promise of complete accuracy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Jordanian law, neither the Company nor its owners or staff are liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on anything in it, including price differences, unavailable products or a wrong comparison. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Your account
- An account requires a phone number verified by SMS code (OTP) and your name.
- You are responsible for your phone and your codes and for everything done through your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or abuses the service.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose; extract its data by automated means or republish it commercially; attempt to access or disrupt our systems; impersonate anyone; or use a phone number that is not yours.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its design, code and brand belong to the Company. Price data shown originates with its sources. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes only.
10. Subscriptions (future)
We may later offer paid features or subscriptions. Before any payment we will show the price, the period, and the renewal and cancellation terms; payment is handled under the terms of the app store. You owe nothing until you expressly agree to a subscription.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms. A new version is shown in the app and must be accepted to continue. The version number and date appear at the top of the document.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may stop the service in whole or in part at any time.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
