Delete your Market Lens account

Market Lens is published by DIRWAAS INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by email.

From the app

1. Open Market Lens and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, write to support@dirwaas.com from any address, quoting the phone number you registered with. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your phone number, name, password and sign-in tokens.
• Your shopping list, favourites and market choices held on our server.
• The record of which terms you accepted, except where the law requires us to keep a minimal record of consent.

What may be kept

Anonymous usage statistics that are not linked to you, and reports of wrong listings you sent, with your contact details removed.
